2 year anniversary & fundraiser
On Friday, August 9, we celebrated two years of Vivistop Honolulu with a special Fundraiser & 2-Year Anniversary Event — a night that was entirely kids-powered, filled with creativity, talent, and a whole lot of heart.
The event brought together our community of families, friends, and supporters for an evening showcasing the very best of what Vivistop stands for: youth expression, collaboration, and hands-on innovation. More than just a party, the event also served as a fundraiser to help keep Vivistop’s doors open, with 100% of proceeds going toward sustaining our programs and creative space.
Highlights of the Night Included:
Fashion Show: Youth designers took the runway with original pieces they conceptualized and created themselves over a 10 month program — a huge moment of pride and expression.
Mini Market: A small curated selection of youth vendors offered handmade items, crafts, and creative goods developed through their own “businesses”.
Project Showcases: Attendees got to walk through a gallery of recent projects, prototypes, and passion work made at Vivistop.
Fifi’s Rainbow Ramen: Back by popular demand, Fifi served up her signature naturally dyed noodles in a creamy broth, a fan favorite from past events.
Musical Performances: From live DJ sets to instrumental performances, the night featured original music and collaborative pieces created by our youth.
Boba Bar: A crowd favorite was Pandora’s signature drinks with her favorite combinations. The perfect sweet treat to cool down and keep the vibes high.
Keiki Breaks: The youngest and coolest dancers brought high energy to the floor with freestyle sets and choreography.
Silent Auction: Amazing items and experiences donated by the community in support of Vivistop
Every aspect of the evening, from setup and performances to food and production was shaped by the youth themselves. It was a reflection of everything Vivistop is built to support: creativity, confidence, and community-driven purpose.
We’re deeply grateful to everyone who came out to support our space and celebrate two years of growth. This night wasn’t just a look back, it was a reminder of what’s possible when kids are given the freedom, tools, and trust to lead.
Here’s to another year of bold ideas, beautiful messes, and youth-led magic.
